**Job Title: Front Office Assistant**
A front office assistant is a professional who provides administrative and clerical support in a variety of settings, such as corporate offices, hotels, medical facilities, or educational institutions. They are responsible for managing the front desk area, interacting with visitors, and assisting with various administrative tasks.
**Responsibilities**:
- Reception and Greeting: Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Direct them to the appropriate person or department and provide them with any necessary information.
- Answering Phone Calls: Handle incoming phone calls, take messages, and transfer calls to the appropriate individuals. Provide assistance and information to callers as needed.
- Managing Appointments: Schedule and manage appointments for clients, employees, or customers. Maintain an organized and updated appointment calendar.
- Visitor Management: Monitor and maintain security by ensuring all visitors sign in and out, issue visitor badges, and inform employees of visitor arrivals. Maintain a tidy and professional reception area.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and data entry. Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and meeting materials.
- Information and Resource Assistance: Provide information, directions, and assistance to visitors and employees. Maintain knowledge of company policies, procedures, and services to address inquiries effectively.
- Office Supplies and Inventory: Monitor and manage office supplies inventory. Place orders for supplies and ensure their availability. Maintain records of office expenses and handle petty cash if required.
- Coordination and Support: Assist in coordinating meetings, conferences, and events. Arrange meeting rooms, equipment, catering, and other logistics as necessary.
- Communication Liaison: Serve as a liaison between departments, employees, and external stakeholders. Relay messages, distribute information, and ensure effective communication within the organization.
**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
