Job Description:
We are looking for a professional and organized Admin & Front Desk Executive (Female) to manage our front office operations and administrative tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities, ensuring a smooth and welcoming environment for visitors and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with a warm and professional approach.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and queries, directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring a clean and organized environment.
Administrative Support
- Manage daily office operations, documentation, and data entry.
- Maintain employee records, attendance sheets, and appointment schedules.
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and office supplies inventory.
Visitor & Client Coordination
- Ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process for visitors and guests.
- Maintain a visitor logbook and follow security protocols.
- Assist in handling client inquiries and basic service information.
Office Coordination & Facility Management
- Coordinate with different departments for administrative support.
- Ensure the office is well-equipped with necessary supplies and maintained properly.
- Assist in organizing events, meetings, and office activities.
Basic HR & Support Functions
- Support HR with employee onboarding, induction programs, and coordination.
- Assist in managing employee engagement activities and office communications.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹16, ₹20,000.00 per month
