**Job Description: Admin & Front Desk Executive Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Front Desk Management**
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with a warm and professional approach.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring a **clean and organized environment**.
**Administrative Support**
- Manage **daily office operations, documentation, and data entry**.
- Maintain employee records, attendance sheets, and appointment schedules.
- Coordinate **meetings, travel arrangements, and office supplies inventory**.
**Visitor & Client Coordination**
- Ensure a smooth **check-in/check-out process for visitors and guests**.
- Maintain a visitor logbook and follow security protocols.
- Assist in handling client inquiries and basic service information.
**Office Coordination & Facility Management**
- Coordinate with different departments for administrative support.
- Ensure the office is **well-equipped with necessary supplies and maintained properly**.
- Assist in organizing **events, meetings, and office activities**.
**Basic HR & Support Functions**
- Support HR with **employee onboarding, induction programs, and coordination**.
- Assist in managing **employee engagement activities and office communications**.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹17,425.27 - ₹20,003.20 per month
