**Front Office Executive**

**Reporting To**: Manager HR

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Front Desk Management**:

- Greet and welcome visitors, employees, and clients with professionalism.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as required.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

**Call Handling & Communication**:

- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls professionally.
- Handle inquiries and provide relevant information about the company.
- Take accurate messages and ensure timely delivery to concerned personnel.

**Administrative Support**:

- Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and packages.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors for replenishment.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
- Handle basic clerical duties such as data entry, printing, and document management.

**Visitor & Security Coordination**:

- Coordinate with security personnel for visitor access and safety protocols.
- Guide visitors to appropriate departments or meeting rooms.
- Monitor entry and exit of guests and employees as per company policies.

**Support to HR & Admin**:

- Assist HR in coordinating interviews, onboarding activities, and document collection.
- Support in organizing employee engagement events and celebrations.
- Maintain employee attendance registers and provide support for HR functions when required.

**Qualifications & Skills**:
**Education**: Graduate in any discipline (Preferred: B.A., B.Com, or Diploma in Office Management)
**Experience**: 2-5 years of experience as a receptionist or front office executive
**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience in handling multi-line phone systems and office equipment

**Soft Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Pleasant personality with a customer-centric approach
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
