**Position: Front Office Assistant**

**Role and Responsibilities**:
1. Greet visitors, guests, and clients in a professional and friendly manner.

2. Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate individuals.

3. Provide information and assistance to visitors and clients regarding the organization, its services, and other relevant inquiries.

4. Maintain a neat and organized front desk area, including the reception area, waiting area, and conference rooms.

5. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.

6. Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room reservations.

7. Assist with various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.

8. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.

9. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient office operations.

10. Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as processing invoices and expense reports.

11. Handle basic clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents.

12. Assist with travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.

13. Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information and documents.

14. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in office administration is a plus.

2. Proven experience in a similar role as a receptionist, front office assistant, or administrative assistant.

3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanor.

4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.

5. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic knowledge of office equipment (e.g., fax machine, photocopier).

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and proactive attitude.

7. Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to handle inquiries and complaints effectively.

8. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

9. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unexpected situations or conflicts professionally.

10. Professional appearance and grooming.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹30,499.30 per month
