Are you a recent graduate passionate about technology and eager to start a career in tech sales? We’re looking for a driven and enthusiastic **Inside Sales Representative** to join our team and help grow our cloud services business. This role offers an exciting opportunity to learn from industry professionals, gain hands-on experience, and build a strong foundation in the fast-evolving world of cloud technology.
**What You’ll Be Doing**:
- Research and create a list of potential customers using online tools and creative approaches
- Understand customer needs and help qualify leads for the sales team
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handoff and support active opportunities
- Use CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Apollo.io) to track interactions and update customer data
- Stay informed about trends in cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and the broader IT industry
- Help achieve sales goals through efficient lead management and consistent follow-ups
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects through ongoing communication
- Support marketing initiatives and share feedback from customers to improve outreach strategies
- Participate in regular training sessions to sharpen your sales skills and product knowledge
**What We’re Looking For**:
- A recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Interest in learning CRM tools like Apollo.io and Salesforce
- Curious, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus, but not required
Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
