Job Description: Experienced Media Buyer (Online Social Advertising Specialist) - Content Arbitrage (Mumbai or Hyderabad)

Location: Mumbai or Hyderabad

Minimum 1-Year Experience: A proven track record with at least 1 year of experience in traffic acquisition on Facebook within a content arbitrage environment

Role and Responsibilities: As an Experienced Media Buyer specializing in content arbitrage, you will be a crucial member of our team, reporting to the department head. Your primary focus will be on creating and optimizing campaigns across various social platforms, including Facebook, while consistently enhancing ROI and key performance indicators (KPIs). Your responsibilities will include:
1. End-to-End Campaign Management: Creation, execution, and management of campaigns, including prioritization, precise targeting, and rigorous A/B testing.

2. Large-Scale Ad Campaigns: Skillfully manage expansive ad campaigns on Facebook (and other relevant platforms).

3. Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze campaign performance meticulously, utilizing various systems to make data-backed optimizations to achieve given targets.

4. Identify Revenue Opportunities: Thoroughly examine data to identify untapped revenue opportunities, contributing to the growth and success of our campaigns.

5. Meeting Targets: Takes responsibility for achieving set profit targets.

6. Stay Current with Trends: Monitor and stay updated on emerging trends and innovations in advertising channels relevant to our industry.

**Requirements**:
1. Minimum 1-Year Experience: A proven track record with at least 1 year of experience in traffic acquisition on Facebook within a content arbitrage environment.

2. Large-Scale Campaign Management: Proficiency in managing paid campaigns on a significant scale, and the ability to handle complexity and deliver results.

3. Analytical Acumen: Possess a structured approach to data, along with strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills that drive informed decision-making.

4. Creative Thinking: A sharp and out of the box thinker. 5. Creative Aptitude: Familiarity with creative tools like Canva or similar platforms.

6. Results-Oriented: Demonstrate accountability and consistently deliver impactful decisions, actions, and results

**Salary**: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
