As a Junior Google Media Buyer at Neuroid, you'll:Get personal mentorship from senior media buyers who've managed millions in ad spend.Be part of a 4-day hybrid work week — because we believe in balance and productivity.Work on real budgets, real brands, real impact from day one.Learn faster than you ever thought possible in a performance-first, collaborative environment.What You'll DoPlan, launch, and scale Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Display, You Tube) for high-growth D2 C brands.Research audiences, analyze competitors, and uncover growth opportunities.Optimize campaigns daily — from bids and budgets to creatives and targeting.Track key performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC) and deliver insights.Test new ideas, creatives, and strategies in collaboration with the team.Stay on top of industry trends, new ad formats, and Google platform updates.What We're Looking For1+ year of hands-on experience running Google Ads campaigns.Must-have: Solid understanding of Google Ads for D2 C brands.Strong grasp of performance marketing metrics and optimization levers.Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action.Attention to detail, curiosity, and eagerness to learn.Bonus: Experience with Meta Ads or certifications in Google Ads.Perks & Benefits????
