**Introduction**:
As a Land Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in our real estate endeavors, responsible for driving land sales and acquisition processes. Your keen understanding of market trends, negotiation skills, and strategic thinking will contribute significantly to our company's growth and expansion in the real estate sector.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue land acquisition opportunities that align with company objectives and market demands.
- Build and maintain relationships with landowners, developers, brokers, and other stakeholders to facilitate land transactions.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to assess the feasibility and potential of land acquisitions.
- Negotiate land purchase agreements, lease agreements, and other contracts while ensuring favorable terms for the company.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and other internal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and due diligence processes.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
- Provide regular reports and updates on land acquisition activities, market trends, and competitor analysis to senior management.
- Stay updated on industry developments, zoning regulations, and land use policies to capitalize on emerging opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and trends to make informed decisions.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks governing real estate transactions.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools.

- English, Hindi and Marathi**
