We’re Hiring – Land Acquisition Executive (5+ Years Experience)Property PilotLocation: Viman Nagar, PuneAre you an experienced professional who understands the end-to-end land acquisition process and can independently drive deals from sourcing to closure?If yes, Property Pilot would love to meet you.About the RoleWe are looking for a Land Acquisition Specialist with strong industry knowledge, negotiation skills, and the ability to evaluate land parcels with accuracy and responsibility.This is a crucial role where you’ll work closely with developers, landowners, brokers, legal teams, and authorities to close high-value land transactions.Key Responsibilities✔ Land Sourcing & IdentificationIdentify potential land parcels suitable for residential/commercial development.Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners and channel partners.✔ Due Diligence & DocumentationUnderstanding of 7/12 extracts, title search, mutation entries, zoning, FSI calculations, and development control rules.Coordinate with legal teams for documentation and compliance.✔ Liaison & CoordinationHandle communications with government bodies, brokers, and stakeholders.Ensure all approvals and documentation are complete before closure.✔ Deal Negotiation & ClosingNegotiate commercial terms with landowners.Oversee smooth and timely closure of deals.Who We’re Looking ForMinimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in land acquisitionStrong knowledge of land laws, regulations, and documentationExcellent negotiation & communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage entire acquisition cyclesStrong network with landowners, brokers & local stakeholdersWhat We Offer✨ Competitive salary + high-performance incentives✨ Fast-paced growth environment✨ Opportunity to work closely on real, high-value land transactions✨ Ambitious, and driven team at Property PilotHow to ApplyIf this role matches your experience and ambition, we’d like to connect.Send your CV to:
