Land Development SpecialistWe seek a skilled Land Development Specialist to join our team.Lead the application of BIM software on various projects, ensuring standardized procedures and quality control.As a key member of our digital projects team, you will oversee a group of BIM coordinators and experts, facilitating staff training, offering technical solutions, and guaranteeing alignment with project objectives and compliance guidelines.Develop and implement BIM protocols and systems on new projects.Coordinate project model deliveries and review models for accuracy and compliance.Conduct BIM coordination meetings to discuss project updates and issues.Create training materials and conduct training sessions for BIM software users.Liaise with project managers, engineers, and architects to facilitate seamless workflow integration.Maintain the Project Information Model and oversee data management throughout the lifecycle of the project.Requirements:A Bachelor's Degree in Architecture is required, with prior landscape experience an advantage. Extensive familiarity with industry-specific BIM programs like Revit / Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and Navisworks is necessary.Professional certifications that emphasize BIM, such as Construction Management with a concentration certificate or Autodesk Certified Professional in Revit for Architectural Design, can greatly improve your credentials.At least five to six years of relevant industry experience, preferably in a design or construction capacity, is essential. Strong technical writing, team leadership, and project management skills are also crucial. Effectively addressing and resolving difficult design and workflow issues is a vital component of this role.
