**About the Role**:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Landing Page Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing and optimizing high-converting landing pages that effectively communicate our product's value and drive user engagement. Your work will directly impact our marketing and sales efforts, helping us achieve our business objectives.

**What Success Looks Like**:

- You design visually appealing and high-converting landing pages.
- You collaborate with performance marketing teams to ensure cohesive design and messaging.
- You continuously optimize landing pages based on user behavior and feedback.
- You stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices in landing page design.

**Areas of Ownership**:

- Design and develop landing pages that align with our marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to create cohesive and effective pages.
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze performance data to optimize landing pages.
- Ensure landing pages are responsive, user-friendly, and aligned with brand guidelines.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- 1.5 + years of experience in landing page design or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Unbounce, HubSpot, and design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices in web design.
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and analytics tools.
- Knowledge of performance marketing and how it influences landing page design.
- Experience in copywriting for landing pages in English.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in designing landing pages for lead generation clients.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic front-end development.

**Compensation**: 4 - 7 Lacks as per experience
