Inside Sales Representative -Sales Order Entry and Customer Service will be primarily responsible for entering the sales order in the JDE and providing customer support to ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service. The day-to-day tasks of this role include sales order entry & returns and responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints.

Skill Set and Qualifications:

- Create a Sales order in the JDE ERP system as per the BOM / Drawings / Customer Purchase Order.
- Excellent GD&T knowledge and keen in Drawing abilities (Reading).
- Should have hands-on experience in Engineering components ordering for Oil and Gas industry components.
- Eliminate cross-function communication breakdowns.
- Provide accurate and timely order status information to meet customer needs.
- Experience with handling US customer calls and vendors.
- Customer service, customer support and customer satisfaction skills.
- Experience in managing customer experience.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
- Experience with JD Edwards is mandatory.
- 5 - 7 years’ experience with a manufacturing or engineering company background is preferred.
