Restaurant Supervisor; 3 Star Hotel

**Profile Introduction**:
The Restaurant Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant in a 3-star hotel. You will ensure exceptional service quality, maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety, manage staff, and ensure smooth communication between the kitchen, front-of-house, and guests. The role demands a strong leadership presence, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage a team to provide an outstanding dining experience for hotel guests.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of restaurant staff, including waiters, servers, hosts, and bussers.
- Assign duties, monitor performance, and provide feedback to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Ensure staff is well-trained, motivated, and adheres to the hotel’s standards of service.
- Handle staff scheduling, absenteeism, and shift changes.
- Lead by example and maintain a positive and efficient work environment.
- Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service, addressing any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Supervise the greeting, seating, and serving of guests in accordance with hotel standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and take proactive measures to exceed guest expectations.
- Interact with guests regularly to ensure their dining experience is smooth and enjoyable.
**Profile Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A degree or certification in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 1-3 years experience in a restaurant supervisory role, preferably in a hotel or upscale restaurant.
- Previous experience in managing a team in a busy food and beverage environment.
- Strong understanding of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory control, and customer service.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests, staff, and management.
- Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
