**Summary**:
As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of our restaurant to ensure exceptional customer service, efficient workflow, and a positive dining experience for our guests. You will lead and motivate the restaurant team, manage floor operations, and uphold quality standards to meet or exceed customer expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Leadership**: Provide leadership, guidance, and support to restaurant staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, bussers, and bartenders. Train new hires, delegate tasks, and monitor performance to ensure team members deliver consistent and high-quality service.
- **Shift Management**: Coordinate restaurant operations during scheduled shifts, including opening and closing procedures, staff assignments, and workflow management. Ensure adequate staffing levels to meet customer demand and maintain smooth operations.
- **Customer Service Excellence**: Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service to guests. Greet customers, handle inquiries and complaints, and ensure that all guest needs are promptly addressed to enhance the dining experience.
- **Quality Control**: Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and portion sizes to ensure consistency and adherence to company standards. Conduct regular inspections of dining areas, restrooms, and back-of-house areas to maintain cleanliness and sanitation.
- **Order Management**: Oversee order processing, including taking customer orders, managing wait times, and coordinating with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery. Address any discrepancies or issues with orders promptly and professionally.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor inventory levels of food, beverages, supplies, and equipment. Place orders as needed, conduct inventory counts, and ensure proper storage and rotation of perishable items to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
- **Safety and Compliance**: Enforce safety and sanitation protocols to maintain a clean, safe, and healthy work environment for staff and guests. Ensure compliance with health codes, food safety regulations, and company policies and procedures.
- **Training and Development**: Conduct ongoing training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of restaurant staff. Provide coaching and feedback to promote professional growth and development among team members.
- **Financial Management**: Assist in budget planning, cost control, and revenue optimization initiatives. Monitor sales performance, labor costs, and other key financial metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and maximize profitability.
- **Communication and Collaboration**: Foster open communication and collaboration among restaurant staff and management team members. Coordinate with other departments, such as kitchen, bar, and front-of-house, to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, food service, and hospitality industry standards
- Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office suite
- Food safety certification (e.g., ServSafe) preferred
