**Primary Responsibilities of Restaurant supervisor**
- Supervises staff members and assigns tasks and responsibilities
- Ensures all staff members adhere to proper food handling and safety procedures
- Maintains clean and organized restaurant environment
- Manages inventory and orders supplies as needed
- Assists with menu planning and development
- Communicates with customers and provides exceptional service
- Handles customer complaints and resolves issues in a timely manner
- Creates employee schedules and manages labor costs
- Trains and develops employees to improve performance and productivity
- Monitors and maintains restaurant budgets and financial reports

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in the restaurant industry
- Knowledge of food handling and safety procedures
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to manage staff and delegate tasks effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing situations, and multitask
- Proficient in using restaurant management software and other computer programs
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or a related field is preferred

The restaurant supervisor plays an important role in ensuring the success of a restaurant. This position requires excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as a strong commitment to achieving customer satisfaction and maintaining a strong team dynamic. A successful restaurant supervisor will be able to manage the daily operations of the restaurant while providing exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
