**Job Title**: Sales Trainer - Medical Franchise Sales
**Location**: Mumbai, Maharashtra
**Reports To**: Head of Sales Training / Regional Sales Manager
**Position Overview**
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Trainer with a strong medical background to design, implement, and lead training programs aimed at enhancing the sales performance of our franchise acquisition teams in the healthcare sector. This role is pivotal in equipping our sales force with the necessary knowledge, skills, and strategies to effectively promote and expand our medical franchise network.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Training Program Development & Delivery**:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs focused on medical product knowledge, sales techniques, and franchise acquisition strategies.
- Utilize a blend of training methods, including workshops, role-playing, e-learning modules, and on-the-job coaching, to cater to diverse learning styles.
- Create and update training materials such as presentations, manuals, and digital content to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
- **Needs Assessment & Curriculum Design**:
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify skill gaps and training needs within the sales team.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to design curricula that address identified needs and align with organizational goals.
- Tailor training content to accommodate varying levels of experience and expertise among sales personnel.
- **Performance Monitoring & Feedback**:
- Monitor the progress of trainees through assessments, quizzes, and performance metrics.
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to individuals to foster continuous improvement.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to enhance outcomes.
- **Sales Coaching & Mentorship**:
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to address specific challenges and reinforce training content.
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages open communication and knowledge sharing.
- **Collaboration & Reporting**:
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment between training initiatives and business objectives.
- Report on training outcomes, including improvements in sales performance and franchise acquisition rates.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements to incorporate relevant information into training programs.
**Qualifications**
- **Educational Background**: Bachelor's or in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1-2 years in sales training, with at least 1 years in the healthcare or medical franchise sector.
- **Knowledge**: Strong understanding of medical products, healthcare industry regulations, and franchise business models.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in designing and delivering training content.
- Strong analytical skills to assess training needs and evaluate outcomes.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and training software.
**Preferred Attributes**
- Certification in sales training or instructional design.
- Experience in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training technologies.
- Ability to adapt training methods to suit diverse learning preferences.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
