Sales Trainer

Key Responsibilities:
Training Program Development:
Design and deliver engaging telesales training programs, including onboarding sessions for new hires and advanced courses for experienced team members.
Develop training materials such as scripts, role-play scenarios, case studies, and evaluation tools.
**Skill Development**:
Coach telesales representatives on communication, product knowledge, objection handling, and closing techniques.
Conduct one-on-one sessions to identify individual strengths and areas for improvement.
**Performance Monitoring**:
Monitor calls to assess the quality of customer interactions and provide constructive feedback.
Track and report the progress of trainees and overall performance improvements post-training.
**Sales Strategies**:
Ensure telesales teams are aligned with company goals, sales processes, and KPIs.
Provide training on upselling, cross-selling, and customer retention strategies.
**Continuous Improvement**:
Stay updated on industry trends, customer behavior, and telesales techniques to enhance training content.
Gather feedback from trainees and managers to refine training programs.
**Team Collaboration**:
Work closely with the Sales and HR teams to identify training needs and gaps.
Collaborate with product teams to ensure accurate and updated product knowledge is delivered.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Telesales Trainer or in a similar role within sales or customer service.
Strong understanding of telesales techniques, CRM systems, and sales metrics.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other training tools.
