**Global Customer Experience alignment**
- Work with the GSTM to develop a unified sales methodology which supports the company’s strategic direction, brand and voice
- Ensure consistent adoption of this framework across the global sales force and customer facing roles

**Training design and development**
- Assist with the design of a range of training programmes to support the employee journey from new starter through to management levels - specifically Relationship Managers, Account Managers and their managers
- Deliver on specific objectives as agreed with the GSTM and relevant stakeholders
- Tailor training according to the skills, experience and job roles of the participants
- Assist with undertaking Learning Needs Analysis and making recommendations from the findings
- Roll out new product (or other) training as required
- Continuously refine and update training materials based on performance data and feedback

**Training Delivery and Facilitation**
- Deliver training both face to face and virtually to cover all the main identified training needs
- Provide engaging, fun, varied and interesting content to ensure the best possible learning experience, making use of best practice in terms of training delivery
- Distribute learning materials appropriately and in a timely manner prior to training
- Facilitate reviews, assessments and other exercises to embed learning and to monitor progress
- Provide personalised coaching and mentoring to individuals to help them reach their full potential

**Performance Monitoring**
- Participate in follow up coaching and refresher training
- Record progress and create & distribute succinct, accurate and fair developmental feedback to individuals and their managers
- Play a hands-on role with AMs and RMs by observing them in their roles ensuring they implement the correct techniques

**Collaboration and Communication**
- Be an ambassador for consistency between UK and India teams
- Ensure internal processes such as ‘Ways of Working’ are implemented accurately
- Maintain strong relationships across departments by communicating with key stakeholders, including sales managers, heads of departments and COO/GSTM by providing regular reports and progress within the team
- Support a company culture that encourages and supports high performance
- Be an ambassador for continuous development within the organisation

**Planning and Administration**
- Create schedules of training to ensure complete coverage of the sales and customer service team
- Provide regular updates to GSTM and COO on relevant KPIs
- Collate and achieve high levels of feedback from delegates
- Ensure accurate collation of training materials and upload them to our centralised Learning Management System (e-learning platform)

**Personal Development**
- Be committed to continuous improvement through self-development

**Experience and Skill Requirements**

**Essential**
- Proven experience of sales training using recognised sales methodologies (SPIN or consultancy selling preferred)
- Successful sales, sales management or account management background, including a call centre environment
- Excellent face to face and online presentation skills
- Experience of developing and contributing to elearning library/system
- Able to communicate effectively cross-culturally
- Able to work on own initiative but also follow direction to achieve strategic goals
- Good attention to detail
- Able to travel internationally and within India
- Strong understanding of the cultural nuances of both the UK and India

**Desirable**
- Membership of a professional sales body such as The Institute of Sales Professionals
- Formal sales qualifications
- Experience of providing training across international boundaries
- At least 2 years of either living or working in the UK

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
