**About Role**:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Trainer to join our team.

The Sales Trainer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and delivering

comprehensive sales training programs to our sales team.

This role requires a deep understanding of sales techniques, excellent communication

skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve their goals.

The Sales Trainer will play a key role in driving sales performance and enhancing the

overall effectiveness of our sales team.

**Responsibilities**:
**Develop & deliver sales process training programs for sales teams.**
- Collaborate with sales leaders to identify training needs & objectives.
- Design engaging & interactive training content (e.g. presentations, simulations, role-plays).
- Conduct training sessions (in-person and virtual) & provide coaching & feedback.
- Develop & maintain sales process documentation & guides.
- Analyse sales performance data to identify areas for training improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, marketing) to ensure alignment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends & best practices in sales training.

**Requirements**:
Minimum Graduation is a must. MBA can be preferred.
- 4-5 years of experience required in sales training, sales enablement, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales training & performance improvement.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation & coaching skills.
- Strong understanding of sales principles & methodologies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & adapt to changing priorities.
