**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Catalog Executive to manage and optimize product catalogs for our online marketplace. As a freelancer, you will ensure product listings are accurate, complete, and visually appealing to drive customer engagement and sales.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Product Listing Management**

Create, edit, and upload product listings with accurate descriptions, pricing, and specifications.
Update product details based on changes or new inputs from competitor sites, client or vendors.

**Content Optimization**

Write compelling product titles, descriptions, and bullet points optimized for SEO.
Perform keyword research to enhance product visibility.
Collate or collaborate with photographers or designers to ensure high-quality images are uploaded.

**Data Management**

Organize product information and inventory data in spreadsheets or database tools.
Monitor stock levels and update availability across platforms.
Track competitor pricing and make recommendations for pricing strategies.

**Quality Assurance**

Regularly review and audit product listings for errors or inconsistencies.
Check for compliance with marketplace policies and address flagged issues promptly.
Performance Monitoring

**Vendor Coordination**

Communicate with vendors or suppliers to obtain accurate product details.
Ensure timely updates on new arrivals or discontinued products.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience managing product catalogs for e-commerce platforms or marketplaces.
- Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and marketplace dashboards.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and keyword research.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
- Knowledge of image editing tools (e.g., Photoshop) is a plus.
- Experience with platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or Amazon Seller Central is preferred.
