**Job Description: Marketing Executive (LD, PP, HM Bags Manufacturing)**

**Position**: Marketing Executive
**Experience Required**: Minimum 3-4 years in marketing, preferably in the packaging or manufacturing industry.
**Location**: Mumbai
**Reports To**: Marketing Manager/Director

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Market Research and Strategy Development**:

- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitors' strategies within the LD, PP, and HM bag sectors.
- Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to promote the company's products and expand market share.
- **Client Acquisition and Relationship Management**:

- Identify and approach potential clients in industries such as retail, FMCG, agriculture, and logistics that require packaging solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Sales and Business Development**:

- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and increase revenue.
- Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and other contractual details with clients.
- **Product Promotion**:

- Develop and execute promotional campaigns, including product demonstrations, trade exhibitions, and industry-specific events.
- Coordinate the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, catalogs, and digital assets.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, lead generation, and sales conversion rates.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- **Collaboration with Internal Teams**:

- Work closely with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and quality of products.
- Provide customer feedback to the R&D team for product improvements.
- **Digital Marketing**:

- Monitor and optimize digital campaigns for maximum ROI.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in the marketing or sales of LD, PP, or HM bags or other packaging products.
- Strong understanding of the packaging industry and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
- Goal-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

**Salary**: 30,000-45,000
