**Responsibilities**:
Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items according to established recipes and standards.

Support the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations, including inventory control and food safety practices.

Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow during service periods.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Participate in menu planning and development, offering creative input based on seasonal ingredients.

Help train and mentor new kitchen staff, fostering a positive team environment.

Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency with restaurant standards.

**Qualifications**:
Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred but not required; passion for cooking is essential.

Knowledge of food service management principles, including shift management and team management.

Familiarity with various cooking techniques, equipment, and food safety practices.

Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

A commitment to continuous learning and professional development within the culinary field

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
