**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced **Chef de Partie (CDP)** specializing in **Continental Cuisine** to join our culinary team. You will be responsible for managing your section, preparing high-quality dishes, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations in line with our standards of quality and presentation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee the Continental section of the kitchen
- Prepare a variety of dishes such as pastas, grills, steaks, sauces, salads, and baked items
- Ensure food is prepared and presented according to the recipe and plating standards
- Train, supervise, and support junior chefs and Commis staff
- Monitor inventory and assist with ordering and stock rotation
- Ensure workstation cleanliness and food safety compliance at all times
- Maintain consistency in food quality during service
- Collaborate with the Sous Chef and Head Chef on menu development and specials
- Monitor portion and waste control to maintain food cost targets

**Requirements**:

- Strong hands-on experience in Continental cuisine (hot and cold kitchen)
- Excellent understanding of Western culinary techniques and plating styles
- Leadership skills and the ability to manage a small team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Knowledge of hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards
- Culinary diploma or certification preferred
