**Job Summary**:
The **Pizza Chef** is responsible for preparing, baking, and presenting high-quality pizzas using traditional and modern techniques. The role requires expertise in handling dough, sauce preparation, topping combinations, and operating pizza ovens. An experienced Pizza Chef ensures consistency, speed, and creativity in pizza preparation while maintaining hygiene and food safety standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare pizza dough from scratch (as per recipe), and manage proofing and fermentation.
- Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas (classic, gourmet, thin-crust, pan, etc.) in wood-fired, deck, or conveyor ovens.
- Create sauces, select toppings, and maintain quality and freshness of ingredients.
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure perfect baking.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pizza station and all related equipment.
- Ensure consistency in portioning, taste, and presentation.
- Innovate and suggest new pizza recipes or seasonal specials when required.
- Maintain stock levels of pizza ingredients and coordinate with purchasing for replenishment.
- Train and guide junior staff or commis in pizza preparation techniques.
- Follow all hygiene and food safety regulations (HACCP or local standards).
- Assist with kitchen operations as needed during busy shifts.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience as a Pizza Chef in a professional kitchen or pizzeria.
- In-depth knowledge of pizza dough handling, proofing, and baking techniques.
- Skilled in operating traditional ovens (wood-fired/deck/gas).
- Creativity in developing new pizza styles and flavors.
- Strong attention to detail, speed, and consistency.
- Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume environment.
- Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
