About the Role

We are seeking a full-time Commi 1 with strong skills in Pizza, Pasta, Coffee preparation, and Multi-Cuisine production. The candidate should ensure quality cooking, hygiene, and smooth kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook pizza, pasta, coffee, and multi-cuisine dishes.
  • Assist the CDP and Head Chef in day-to-day operations.
  • Maintain hygiene and cleanliness as per FSSAI standards.
  • Ensure consistent food quality, taste, and presentation.
  • Manage mise-en-place and workstation setup.
  • Handle inventory, stock rotation, and follow FIFO.
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.
  • Support smooth order flow during peak hours.

Skills & Requirements

  • Strong experience in Italian cuisine (Pizza & Pasta).
  • Good knowledge of coffee brewing & machine handling.
  • Ability to work across multiple cuisines.
  • Good teamwork, discipline, and time management.
  • Ability to work full-time in a fast-paced kitchen.

Salary Range

₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
