**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
2. Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and efficiently.
3. Manage inquiries from clients, visitors, and employees, providing accurate information or directing them to the appropriate department.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
5. Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms as needed.
6. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
7. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning.
8. Closely coordinating with HR & Admin Related Activities - Interviews, Followup, On Boarding, Exit Formalities etc.
9. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
10. Assist in the coordination of office events and meetings.
11. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
**Requirements**:
1. 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
4. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook).
5. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
6. Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
7. Bachelors Degree.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
