- 1 to 2 years previous experience in retail sales, preferably in home appliances or consumer electronics.
- Freshers with good communication skills are also eligible

**Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers as they enter the showroom and inquire about their appliance needs.
- Assist customers in selecting home appliances based on their requirements, preferences, and budget.
- Provide detailed product information, including features, specifications, and pricing.
- Demonstrate the operation and functionality of appliances to customers.
- Answer customer questions and address concerns in a knowledgeable and courteous manner.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Upsell additional products, accessories, or extended warranties to maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom environment.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Follow up with customers after their purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Stay informed about new products, promotions, and industry trends to better assist customers.

**Requirements**:

- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Familiarity with home appliances and their features, brands, and technology.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
