**RESPONSIBILITIES: -**

Leading last mile deliveries of all cities in the country

Daily Order Tracking & Escalation Management

Daily Fulfilment & Pending Orders Management for own and marketplace vendors

Focusing on Enhancing the customer experience

Creating SOP and processes for increasing efficiency and create a seamless post purchase experience as company scales up

Defining and owning the key KPIs including logistics cost metric, fulfilment TAT, RTO, NDR reduction.

Improve good-inventory (returns) and end-to-end reconciliation.

Liaising with multiple teams, such as Finance & Customer Service, and HO for smooth operations

Strong foundation in high volume operational setup; preferably in consumer businesses

Role requires a deep understanding of the E-commerce supply chain and People skills.

**Qualifications : -**

Bachelors with 3-4 Years into Last mile/Distribution experience in eCommerce, FMCG, Logistics

Team Handling Experience

Should have an analytical mind and a strong business acumen

Ability to multitask, and establish priorities

Excellent management, communication and reporting skills

**This is a 6 Days Working Profile with rotational week offs.**

**Salary**: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
