Zippee is looking for energetic and qualified Fleet Managers- Last Mile to join our Quick Commerce Operations team in Mumbai and Bengaluru.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing & Managing Delivery Riders: Sourcing, training, tracking performance, and handling grievances/issues.
  • Team Management: Reducing rider turnover and meeting delivery SLA goals.
  • Handling Issues: Volume increases, rider payments, and customer complaints in real-time.
  • MIS/Data Management: Preparing data using MS Excel and Google Sheets.

Qualifications:

  • 2-6 years of Operations/Last-Mile experience at Quick Commerce/courier/logistics companies.
  • Education: Graduate and above
  • Team management, stakeholder management, & independent decision-making experience are a must.
  • Must have an owner's mindset. We are looking for owners, not employees.
