The incumbent will play a key role in maintaining high service levels, optimizing delivery timelines, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction through efficient last-mile execution.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily last mile dispatches with 3 PL partners and internal fleet teamsMonitor real-time delivery tracking and resolve delivery exceptions/escalationsSupport route planning and suggest improvements based on ground realitiesEnsure timely pickups and deliveries aligned with SLAsCollaborate with warehouse, dispatch, and customer service teams for smooth order handoversMaintain daily MIS and assist in preparing delivery performance dashboardsRequirements2–5 years of experience in last mile logistics, dispatch, or delivery operationsExperience in e-commerce, FMCG, or 3 PL operations is preferredFamiliarity with GPS tracking systems, route optimization tools, and Excel
