**Job Description : Last Mile Delivery Manager**

**1. Supply Chain Strategy & Planning**:

- Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with the company’s overall business objectives.
- Design and optimize supply chain processes for first mile (procurement of milk and raw materials) and last mile (distribution to retailers/customers).
- Monitor supply chain performance and implement improvements to reduce costs, improve service, and minimize risks.

**2. First Mile Management**:

- Work closely with suppliers, and transportation partners to improve milk collection processes and maintain strong relationships.

**3. Last Mile Management**:

- Manage the distribution of finished products from processing plants to distribution centres, retailers, and customers.
- Optimize routing, delivery schedules, and inventory management to ensure on-time delivery and high service levels.
- Implement technology solutions to enhance visibility and tracking of last mile deliveries.

**4. Operational Excellence**:

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve overall supply chain efficiency.
- Develop KPIs and performance metrics to monitor supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards across all supply chain operations.

**5. Team Leadership & Development**:

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of supply chain professionals within the cluster.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Manage staffing levels, training, and performance management to build a high-performing team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
