**Key Responsibilities**:

- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for gold loan disbursement and portfolio growth.
- Conduct field visits and community outreach to source new customers.
- Cross-sell financial products such as insurance and savings accounts.
- Monitor repayments, minimize delinquencies, and ensure timely collections.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through transparent and responsive service.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, RBI regulations, and operational procedures.
- Coordinate with valuation personnel and back-office teams for seamless loan disbursal.

**Required Skills**:

- Understanding of gold loan products and lending processes.
- Customer service and sales orientation.
- Basic knowledge of documentation, KYC, and credit norms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined.
- Ability to manage fieldwork and customer visits.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Must own a mobile phone and two-wheeler for daily field activities.
- Willingness to travel locally for customer sourcing and service.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
