About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our NBFC team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through customer acquisition, relationship management, and promoting our Gold Loan products effectively. The role demands excellent communication skills, especially in English, and a strong understanding of customer service within the financial services domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new customers for Gold Loan products through direct and indirect channels.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Explain product features, eligibility criteria, and loan benefits clearly to customers in English and local language.
  • Achieve assigned sales and business development targets for the branch.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing, documentation, and disbursement.
  • Conduct field visits and promotional activities to generate leads.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
  • Ensure compliance with NBFC guidelines, KYC norms, and company policies.

Minimum Qualification & Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree (Minimum Qualification: Graduation in any discipline)
  • Experience: Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in financial services / gold loans / banking preferred.
  • Communication: Must be able to communicate fluently in English and local language.
  • Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and basic financial terms.
  • Customer-first mindset with integrity and professionalism.
