Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Gold Loan Relationship Officers based in Noida. The key responsibilities include evaluating and sanctioning gold loans, ensuring proper documentation, maintaining relationships with customers to ensure loyalty, and achieving business targets. The officer will be responsible for minimizing risk through effective appraisals and promoting cross-sales of the bank's financial products.

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer relationship management, client servicing, and maintaining customer loyalty.
  • Knowledge in loan processing, appraisal, and financial documentation, specifically for gold loans.
  • Analytical skills to assess risks and ensure compliance according to banking standards and regulations.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to effectively engage with customers and teams.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment with problem-solving and goal-setting capabilities.
  • Prior experience in financial services or the gold loan sector is a plus.
  • Graduate degree in Finance, Banking, or related fields is preferred.
