**Job Summary**
- Regular and intuitive response to customer queries and feedback.
- Understanding the client/customer requirements and relaying the same to respective internal divisions.
- Understand company products, processes and policies in order to effectively communicate the same to customers.
- Understand customer feedback capture process and create meaningful insights from the feedback and offer clear action points for the management.
- Any sort of customer calls as case maybe
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders in various teams to ensure final customer resolution

**Qualifications**
- Proven client and b2c customer management experience.
- Familiarity with chat, call and ticketing tools
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Fluent in English, Tamil (both written and spoken) + Other languages will be an add on
