**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Administrative Support**:
- **Office Operations**:
- Maintain and update office records, files, and databases.
- Order and manage office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs of office facilities and equipment.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for various projects and tasks.
- **Communication and Coordination**:
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Liaise with team members, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth communication and operations.
- **Event and Meeting Coordination**:
- Assist in planning and organizing company events, conferences, or meetings.
- Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- **Other Duties as Assigned**:
- Support special projects or perform ad hoc tasks as needed.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in an administrative role is desirable.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office management software.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong team player with a professional demeanor.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve administrative issues promptly.
