Position: Hotel Front Office Assistant
Overview:
Join our team as a Front Office Assistant at Hotel Taj Pearl, where you'll be the welcoming face of our establishment. This role is pivotal in creating positive first impressions and ensuring seamless guest experiences.
**Responsibilities**:
1. *Guest Reception:*
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor.
- Efficiently handle check-ins and check-outs, providing necessary information about the hotel facilities and services.
2. *Reservation Management:*
- Manage room reservations, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Assist guests in making reservations and modifications to their bookings.
3. *Communication Hub:*
- Act as a central point for communication between guests and various hotel departments.
- Respond to inquiries and provide information on hotel amenities, policies, and local attractions.
4. *Problem Resolution:*
- Address guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
5. *Administrative Support:*
- Keep accurate records of guest information and transactions.
6. *Payment Processing:*
- Handle guest payments, invoices, and cash transactions accurately.
- Reconcile accounts and report any discrepancies.
*Qualifications:*
- Previous experience in a customer service or front office role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using hotel management software.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
