Front Office Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and room assignments using IDS Software.
- Greet guests warmly, assist with inquiries, and ensure exceptional service throughout their stay.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless guest experience.
- Manage guest complaints and feedback promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, billing, and payments.
- Prepare daily reports and assist in night audit if required.
- Maintain the lobby area’s appearance and uphold hotel service standards.
- Support the Front Office Manager in daily operations and training of new staff when necessary.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum **2 years of experience** in front office operations at a hotel.
- **Proficient in IDS Software** (Front Office Module).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and handle guest concerns efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of billing, payment processing, and front desk reports.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
