**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Business Development:

- Identify and target potential clients within the BFSI sector.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Generate leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and industry events.
- Client Engagement:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
- Understand client needs and present tailored solutions that address their business challenges.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our offerings.
- Sales Process Management:

- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and negotiate contracts.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, marketing, and customer support) to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
- Market Analysis:

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions.
- Provide insights and feedback to the product development team to enhance our offerings.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services.
- Reporting and Documentation:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in enterprise sales within the BFSI sector.
- Strong understanding of the BFSI industry and its challenges.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as required.
