**Responsibilities and Duties:
- **
- Arrange Travel and Hotel accommodations.
- Procurement of IT Asset, Stationery and needed office Equipment.
- Petty Cash Handling
- Vendor Management
- Give IT Support to employees and resolve Issues.
- Housekeeping and Inventory Management
- Take initiative for the regular and new task as and when needed.
- Monthly Invoice and Payment processing.
- Assistant to CEO/ Directors on some task.
- Filling and Access control systems handling
- Working on ISO and Soc-2 Certification for Organization.
- Budget Handling and expenses Control Report Handling.
- Handling and Documentation Confidential data and filing.
- Employee Attendance and Access control Report submission.
- Support to HR team During Some activities.
