**Key Responsibilities**:
- Spearhead the end-to-end execution of employee engagement initiatives, including planning, coordination, and evaluation.
- Strategize, organize, and manage a variety of events, workshops, and programs aimed at elevating employee satisfaction and morale.
- Leverage creative design skills and tools such as Canva to curate engaging and visually captivating content for internal communications, presentations, and events.
- Collect, analyze, and synthesize data related to employee engagement, satisfaction surveys, and other HR metrics.
- Play an active role in HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations.
- Cultivate strong relationships with cross-functional teams, business partners, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
- Regularly engage with employees on the floor, addressing inquiries, gathering feedback, and proactively identifying opportunities for enhancement.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR or related roles, focusing on employee engagement and operations.
- Proficiency in using G Suite tools (Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, Calendar, etc.) to manage and organize data, communications, and scheduling.
- Basic graphic design skills and experience using tools like Canva to craft visually appealing content.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset and the ability to build meaningful relationships.
- Meticulous attention to detail and adeptness in managing multiple tasks concurrently within a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiasm for event planning and coordination, coupled with a flair for innovation and creativity.
- Familiarity with HR best practices and regulations is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, including effective prioritization and timely delivery.
**Selection process logistics & timelines**:
Expect at least 3 rounds to assess your articulation & communication, general aptitude, attitude and team fitment. You will be quizzed for your role-related knowledge and general cognitive ability.
