**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update customer databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Conduct needs assessments with clients to determine the most suitable products.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a consistent basis.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client queries and providing relevant information.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring they are satisfied with products and services.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales opportunities.
- Track sales activities, reports, and achievements using CRM software.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in telesales or telemarketing (preferably in a fintech or similar industry).
- Strong communication skills with a clear and persuasive phone manner.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- A proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients quickly.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in selling financial products or services.
- Knowledge of the fintech industry is a plus.
- Fluency in Hindi and English (Gujarati is a bonus).
