**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales representative. The Telecaller or Telesales representative will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, explaining our services, and scheduling appointments with our dietitians. The representative will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of calls made and appointments scheduled.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills and ability to persuasively explain the benefits of our services
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet weekly/monthly goals
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining accurate records of calls made and appointments scheduled
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati languages

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in telemarketing or inside sales is preferred
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is an advantage
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
