Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients in the têxtile industry, including garment exporters, fashion designers, boutiques, and fashion institutes.

2. Introduce and promote our pure fabrics and sustainable fabrics, highlighting their benefits and features.

3. Build rapport and establish a positive relationship with potential clients through effective communication and active listening.

4. Identify client needs and provide appropriate fabric solutions based on their requirements.

5. Effectively explain pricing, product details, and delivery options to potential clients.

6. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, trade shows, and other sources.

7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, including calls made, appointments scheduled, and sales made.

8. Collaborate with the sales team to share insights, feedback, and coordinate efforts for successful lead conversion.

9. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

10. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to address client inquiries and objections effectively.

11. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring a positive buying experience.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience in telesales or outbound sales, preferably in the têxtile or related industry.

2. Excellent verbal communication skills with a confident and persuasive demeanor.

3. Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills.

4. Ability to build rapport quickly and establish positive client relationships.

5. Self-motivated and target-driven, with a focus on achieving sales goals.

6. Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software and sales databases.

7. Knowledge or interest in têxtiles, sustainable fabrics, or the fashion industry is a plus.

8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

9. High level of integrity and professionalism in handling client interactions.

10. Strong organizational and time management skills.

Note: This position does not involve cold calling. Leads will be provided, and the Telesales Representative will focus on qualifying leads, building relationships, and closing sales over the phone.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Volunteer

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
