**Position Title**: Customer Support & Design Advisor
**Location**: Sector 69, Noida (In-office)
**Working Hours**: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday (2nd and 4th Saturdays off)

We are Studio Covers, a premium home décor brand dedicated to creating luxurious and sustainable products. Our team prides itself on delivering exceptional customer experiences while guiding clients to make design choices that elevate their living spaces.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Guide customers in selecting products that align with their preferences and design needs.
- Provide insights into product details, availability, and usage to help customers make informed decisions.
- Manage order-related queries, coordinate with the internal team for timely follow-ups, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support the sales process by recommending products based on customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- A knack for understanding design nuances and aesthetics (training will be provided).
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first approach.
- A degree in design, interior decoration, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
