**Job Summary**:
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information. Your primary goal will be to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and support.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, orders, shipping, and returns.
- Resolve customer issues effectively, escalating to other teams when necessary.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in our support system.
- Collaborate with the team to improve support processes and customer experience.
- Assist in creating and updating customer support resources, such as FAQs and help guides.
- Stay updated on product offerings, promotions, and company policies.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in customer support or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and customer support software is a plus.
- Positive attitude and a passion for helping customers.
