**Job Summary**:
We are hiring a **Visa Executive** to manage visa documentation, regulatory procedures, and corporate legal compliance at our Barasat office. This role supports our operations in **travel, forex, and healthcare**, helping ensure clients and teams adhere to evolving Indian and international immigration rules.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and interpret **Indian immigration laws, visa eligibility criteria**, and **embassy policy updates**:

- Ensure legal compliance for **tourist, business, student, and work visa** categories
- Maintain well-documented and **audit-ready records** for clients and internal operations
- Advise internal teams and customers on **policy changes**, eligibility risks, and documentation standards
- Collaborate with legal and travel partners to resolve compliance concerns efficiently
- Minimum 1-3 years experience in **visa consultancy, immigration services, or legal compliance**:

- Knowledge of **visa laws and embassy procedures**, especially in the Kolkata/Barasat region
- Strong communication and document verification skills
- Attention to detail and experience in **client-facing advisory roles**:

- Fluency in **English, Hindi, and Bengali** is preferred
