**Key Responsibilities**:
**Lead and Manage Sales Team**:Direct and inspire the sales team to achieve Equity Planners**'**sales targets and objectives, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

**Develop Client Relationships**:Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions

**Market Insight and Strategy**:Stay abreast of real estate market trends, competition, and customer preferences to identify strategic opportunities for growth and expansion.

**Sales Strategy Development**:Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion, ensuring Equity Planners maintains its competitive edge.

**Team Development**:Recruit, train, and motivate sales staff to perform at their best, fostering their professional growth and success within Equity Planners**.**

**Sales Forecasting and Reporting**:Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for management, providing insights into performance and opportunities for improvement.

**Client Presentations and Negotiations**:Deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients and adeptly handle negotiations and deal closures to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

**Documentation and Compliance**:Ensure all sales-related documentation is complete and accurate, adhering to relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

**Customer Satisfaction**:Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by promptly addressing concerns or issues, fostering trust and loyalty among clients.

**Performance Analysis**:Monitor and analyze sales performance using key performance indicators (KPIs), implementing adjustments and improvements as necessary.

**Industry Networking**:Build and maintain a robust network of industry contacts, fostering strategic partnerships and opportunities for collaboration and growth.
