**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, site visits, and cold calling.
- Show residential and commercial properties to prospective buyers or tenants.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the local real estate market, trends, and property values.
- Provide guidance and assistance to buyers in purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
- Prepare and manage real estate documents such as agreements, sale deeds, etc.
- Negotiate deals and close sales to meet or exceed monthly targets.
- Maintain and update customer databases (CRM).
- Coordinate with legal and documentation teams for smooth deal closures.
- Attend property exhibitions, client meetings, and promotional events.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree preferred (any field).
- 1-2 years of proven experience in real estate sales.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of local property laws and regulations is a plus.
- Must be self-driven, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in Hindi and English.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Must have a valid driving license and two-wheeler (preferred).
